What is the relation of "ḥattā" in the noble verse: {Even when Gog and Magog are let loose, and they swiftly swarm from every mound}?

The particle "ḥattā" (until) in the noble verse is related to "ḥarām" (forbidden) or "lā yarji'ūn" (they do not return) in the preceding verse. This means that the abstinence or non-return continues until the opening of the dam of Gog and Magog and the proximity of the Hour.
