Is the husband's cancer, after he falsely accused his wife of infidelity and denied his daughter, and claimed before the judge that his wife was the cause of his illness, considered a divine decree, and is it permissible for the judge to blame the wife without hearing her out?

Issues involving lawsuits and disputes are to be referred to the judiciary, especially if they have been presented to it and a ruling has been issued.

Generally, a child born on the marital bed is attributed to the husband, unless the husband denies paternity through li'an, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The child is for the bed [i.e., the marital bed]."

The default state for a Muslim is innocence, and it is not permissible to accuse them without proof. Bad conjecture must be avoided, especially between spouses.

Calamities may be a test from Allah for His servant and are not necessarily a punishment for a sin. Allah does not wrong people in the least. We advise patience and forgiveness, for there is a great reward in them.
