Is a husband's prayer to divorce his wife accepted, even though she is obedient to him, and that is due to a simple discussion?

God does not answer every supplication of a servant out of mercy, such as invoking evil upon oneself or one's child in a moment of anger, because God does not answer such supplications. As He جل وعلا says: "And if Allah were to hasten for the people the evil [they invoke] as He hastens for them the good, their term would have been concluded." And: "And man invokes evil as he invokes good, and man is ever hasty." Therefore, it is hoped, by God's grace, that He does not answer such supplications, and spouses should pray for blessings and a good marital relationship.
