What is the reason behind a veiled, praying young woman's intense anxiety, her hatred for everyone in her home, her desire to abandon it, and her crying alone?

It is recommended to fear Allah and to observe the obligatory prayers and supererogatory acts of worship, as well as the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), and to frequently recite: "There is no god but You; glory be to You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers" to relieve worries and dispel distress, along with reciting and pondering the Quran, for in it there is healing and guidance.
