Vaginal discharge from a woman, whether from the urethra or the vagina, invalidates ablution. Prayers performed while such natural discharge is present are not valid. As for missing prayers due to doubt about the completion of one's period: if you are certain of purity, then making up the prayers is obligatory. If you strongly believe you are pure, then it is recommended to make up the prayers as a precaution. In the case of doubt, making up the prayers is not obligatory. These prayers should be made up immediately, as much as possible, and at any time; they should not be delayed to be prayed with similar prayers.
