Is it obligatory to make up prayers that were missed due to repeated waking up and inability to get out of bed, along with a feeling of confusion between reality and dream? And is this considered to be in the same ruling as one who is asleep?
If you wake up and become aware of your surroundings, you must get up and promptly perform the prayer. If sleep overtakes you, you must pray as soon as you wake up, and there is no sin upon you, because the pen is lifted from the sleeper, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no negligence in sleep." It appears that what you mentioned are merely sleep-induced illusions. Therefore, you must take the means to wake up. If you are able to, then get up and pray; otherwise, there is no sin upon you. Perform the prayer as a make-up (qada') when you rise. Your prayer after its prescribed time is a make-up, whether you were asleep or not, for make-up is performing the act of worship after its time has passed.
