Is there a way to help focus on memorizing the Holy Quran? And is the reward for reciting and completing the Quran the same as the reward for one who tried to memorize it, knowing that my soul calms and finds comfort in recitation and completion, while I suffer psychologically from not memorizing? And will I be among the people of the Quran and its elect if I continue to recite and complete the Quran?

Advice for the memorizer of the Qur’an: Piety towards Allah, frequent supplication to Him, and raising one’s spirits by recalling the virtues of the Qur’an help in focusing and memorizing. It is a great honor that requires effort and patience. Reading for memorization has a greater reward, for the memorizer of the Qur’an will be with the noble and righteous scribes, and whoever recites diligently will have two rewards. If memorization is difficult, then let there be frequent recitation, which is like the "traveler who constantly journeys," finishing the Qur’an and returning to it.
