Is a wife obliged to obey her husband if he is unable to financially provide for her?

The husband must provide for his wife to the best of his ability. If the husband is in straitened circumstances, the wife has the choice between enduring (the hardship) or seeking a divorce. It is better for her to endure. If she chooses to endure, then she must obey her husband and fulfill her obligatory duties towards him.
