Was not justice among the conditions for an authentic hadith, including the narrator being free from apostatizing innovation, knowing that Imam Bukhari and Muslim accepted the narration of the Kharijites due to their truthfulness?

The acceptance or rejection of a narrator's tradition hinges on the strength of their memory, their truthfulness, their piety and devoutness, and their freedom from innovations (bid'ah) that render their perpetrator an infidel. Al-Dhahabi mentioned that innovation is of two types: minor, such as moderate Shi'ism without extremism; this does not prevent the acceptance of a hadith if the narrator is religious, devout, and truthful, otherwise many prophetic traditions would be lost. And major, such as complete Rafidah ideology and extremism in it, and slandering the Companions; this type of person's narrations are not to be used as evidence because lying is their characteristic.
