Looking at the penis is forbidden for men, as it is a gateway to temptation. As for a woman looking at a man's entire body, if it is with lust, it is forbidden by the consensus of jurists. If it is without lust, jurists have differed regarding its ruling, and the most preferred opinion is permissibility. However, one should avert oneself from it and not leave the house except out of necessity.
