Is it permissible for her not to wear the niqab to please her husband, especially since the nature of his work in Italy necessitates it?

Scholars have differed on the permissibility for a woman to uncover her face in front of non-mahram men when there is no fear of temptation. The fatwa adopted by us is that it is not permissible. If the girl follows a scholar who permits uncovering the face, then there is no harm in her accepting the suitor and agreeing with him not to wear the niqab. However, she should strive to convince him of the virtue of covering the face. If she follows a scholar who obligates covering the face, then she is not permitted to agree with him to uncover her face. If he insists, then it is better for her not to accept his proposal.
