What is the ruling on repeatedly breaking oaths concerning children after repenting from swearing?

Excessive swearing is disliked. If a person breaks a deliberate oath, an expiation is required for each oath. This expiation is feeding ten poor persons, clothing them, or emancipating a slave. If one is unable to do so, then fasting for three days. If an oath is repeated concerning the same matter, only one expiation is necessary. However, if oaths are repeated concerning multiple matters, then expiations multiply. If the number of oaths is unknown, one should strive to determine it and offer expiations until it is highly probable that the obligation has been fulfilled.
