Is it permissible to take money from the company to meet living expenses with the intention of repayment, knowing that the company has withheld all my rights, and would this money be considered unlawful?

It is not permissible for the questioner to take money from the company without its knowledge, even with the intention of repayment, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." Taking unlawful money is one of the impediments to the acceptance of supplications. As for the company's debt, it must be repaid when financially able. In times of hardship, the creditor must grant the debtor a deferment. If the questioner is in financial difficulty and has no income except his salary, the company is not permitted to seize his entire salary. Rather, it must leave him what suffices for his expenses and the expenses of his dependents.
