What is the ruling on phone messages that request the recitation of "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah) 100 times, while compelling the recipient by Allah or making it a trust upon them until the Day of Judgment to send it to others?

Sending messages that encourage the remembrance of Allah is permissible, and it falls under cooperating in righteousness and piety. If the sender requests, by Allah, that the message be sent to, for example, ten people, then it is permissible for the recipient to fulfill this request. However, there is no sin upon them if they do not do so. It should be noted that the specific number of people to whom the messages are requested to be sent should not be an end in itself, so that one does not fall into innovation in religion. Worship, including the manner, number, and time of remembrance, and inviting others to it, is a matter of divine instruction (tawqeefi), and one should limit oneself to what has been authentically transmitted from the Lawgiver. It is reported in a Hadith that Ibn Mas'ud criticized a group of people who sat in circles and counted their takbir, tahlil, and tasbih with pebbles, considering their action an innovation in religion.
