Is it permissible to create an electronic commercial group on WhatsApp, where the subscription fee is to send blessings upon the Prophet ten times daily, and if any deal is successfully concluded through it, the group requires the parties to the deal to glorify and praise Allah one hundred times?

Sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the remembrance of Allah Almighty are among the best deeds, and reminding others of them and inviting them to them is a righteous act. However, specifying a certain number of remembrances for participants in a group to perform, or obliging them to a specific remembrance, or a specific number when a deal succeeds, is not from the Sunnah but rather an innovation. Acts of worship are based on divine command (tawqif); therefore, no time, place, number, or form should be invented for them unless there is evidence for it from the Islamic law. What is prescribed is to remind brothers of the virtue of remembrances without specification or obligation.
