What is the origin of the Hururiyyah, are they disbelievers, and what are their beliefs and the evidence for them?

The Harariyyah is a sect attributed to Abdullah al-Harari al-Habashi. The foundations of their beliefs can be summarized as: the later Ash'ari school concerning attributes (Sifat), the Murji'ah and Jahmiyyah in matters of faith (Iman), and deviant Sufi orders. Sheikh Ibn Baz issued a fatwa declaring this sect astray, emphasizing the necessity of boycotting them, denouncing their false doctrine, and warning against them.
