How old was the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he married his wives, and how old were they, may Allah be pleased with them all?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, married fifteen women, consummated marriage with thirteen of them, and passed away while married to nine. The ages of some of them at the time of marriage have been mentioned, and they are:

1. Khadijah bint Khuwaylid: He married her when he was 25 years old, and she was 40 years old.

2. Sawdah bint Zam‘ah: He married her when he was 50 years old; her age was not specified.

3. ‘Aishah bint Abi Bakr: He married her when he was 50 years old, and she was nine years old.

4. Hafsah bint ‘Umar: He married her when he was 53-55 years old; her age was not specified.

5. Zaynab bint Khuzaymah: He married her when he was 53-54 years old, and her age was around thirty.

6. Umm Salamah: He married her when he was 57 years old, and her age was around twenty-seven.

7. Juwayriyah bint al-Harith: He married her when he was 58 years old, and her age was around fifteen.

8. Zaynab bint Jahsh: He married her when he was 58 years old, and she was 35 years old.

9. Rayhanah bint Zayd: He married her when he was 58-60 years old; her age was not specified.

10. Umm Habibah: He married her when he was 59-61 years old, and she was in her early thirties or 42 years old.

11. Safiyah bint Huyayy: He married her after Khaybar; her age was not specified.

12. Maymunah bint al-Harith: He married her when he was 59-61 years old, and her age was around twenty-six or twenty-seven.
