ما حكم قتل صرصور أثناء الإحرام للعمرة نسيانًا؟

1 min readAlso available in العربية

The Lawgiver permitted a person in a state of ihram to kill whatever harms people, such as snakes, scorpions, mice, crows, and rabid dogs, based on the hadith narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded the killing of five harmful creatures (fawasiq) both inside and outside the Haram: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse, and the rabid dog." Similarly, it is permissible for one who is bitten by fleas or lice to cast them away or kill them. As for the cockroach, it is not among those creatures whose killing has been permitted by the Law, because it is not considered harmful according to Islamic law. Therefore, it is not prescribed to kill it. However, there is no penalty for killing it because it is not game. One who kills it should seek Allah's forgiveness.
