Is it true that the retribution of cutting off a hand unjustly and aggressively is annulled if the perpetrator has six fingers on their hand?

Scholars have differed regarding Qisas (retaliation) if the perpetrator has six fingers. Some, like the Shafi'is, hold that Qisas is not applicable in this case due to the lack of equivalence between the extra finger and the amputated one. In contrast, the Malikis and those who agree with them maintain that the victim is entitled to Qisas from the perpetrator even if the perpetrator's hand has an extra finger, because the deficiency of a finger does not affect Qisas.
