Is it permissible to present a university degree obtained with money and little effort, knowing that the practical experience is equal to or exceeds that of those who obtained a regular degree, and is this money considered wasted or not?

As long as you obtained the certificate through legitimate means, without cheating, bribery, or deception, there is no sin upon you, and there is no harm in benefiting from it in permissible work. The fact that the study was solely for the purpose of obtaining the certificate, or the high tuition fees, or the ease of the curricula, does not affect or render the certificate unlawful.
