What is the purpose of procreation if children might enter Hell due to weak religious upbringing, and what is the purpose of honoring parents if they are the cause of their children being exposed to tribulations, sins, and torment?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage and procreation, especially with loving and fertile women, because it increases the Muslim nation. This requires striving to rectify and raise the child. Fear of inability to raise children or fear of their deviance should not contradict religious commands, as it is a form of despair and despondency from the mercy of Allah, which is a grave sin. Moreover, it contradicts the belief that guidance is solely in the hand of Allah.

A Muslim must obey the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and strive to rectify their child. For the strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer. A person should be keen on what benefits them, seek Allah's help, and not be helpless. And when afflicted by something, they should say: "Allah has decreed and what He willed has happened," because saying "if only" opens the door for Satan's work.

Every person is responsible for themselves and should not attribute their shortcomings to their parents. Instead, they should pray for them, seek forgiveness for them, and humble themselves before them with mercy. Islamic law stipulates that no one bears the sin of another, so neither a parent bears for their child nor vice versa, as Allah Almighty said: (And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another). Therefore, one must stay away from the whispers of Satan, turn towards obedience to Allah, follow His commands, avoid His prohibitions, and have piety towards Allah in secret and in public.
