There is no objection to uploading da'wah (proselytizing) clips and similar materials if their owners have given permission for their upload and dissemination, as their objective is to spread them, and uploading them fulfills their purpose. However, if the website's condition is that the uploader of the material must be its producer, then it is not permissible to violate this condition, even if you intend to donate any financial gains, because that does not justify deception and circumvention. You can inquire with the website owners about the meaning of their condition.
