What is the meaning of the sentence: "Sulayman ibn Udhnan used to lend Alqamah a thousand dirhams until his allowance came, and when his allowance came, he demanded it from him and was hard on him, so he paid him back"?

This hadith was narrated by Ibn Majah and Ahmad, and its chain of transmission is weak due to the presence of Qays bin Rawmi, who is unknown, and Sulayman bin Yasir, whose weakness is agreed upon. Al-Albani graded the مرفوع (elevated) portion of it as hasan (good), while Al-Daraqutni favored its mawquf (stopped) status, meaning it stops at Ibn Mas'ud. The meaning of "إلى عطائه" (to his allowance) is to the date when the borrower is due to receive his entitlements from the treasury, and the lender was insistent in demanding his debt.
