What is the ruling on my ablution (wudu') while drops of urine or a white discharge continue to exit after urination, and must I repeat ablution and change my clothes every time?

If one is certain of the presence of drops of urine or wady (a thick, white, cloudy discharge that sometimes follows urination), it is obligatory to wash them and whatever they have stained of clothing and body. Their ruling is the same as that of urine; they nullify wudu' but do not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath). As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid), it is obligatory to wash the entire male organ in addition to whatever it has stained; it nullifies wudu' but does not necessitate ghusl. If it is maniyy (seminal fluid), which is a remote possibility, it is obligatory to wash the entire body, and maniyy is pure according to the most preponderant opinion, so it does not necessitate washing itself. It is obligatory to wash or change clothes stained with urine or wady; merely wiping them is insufficient. However, if the presence of drops is doubtful or merely a matter of waswas (whispers/obsessive thoughts), it is not to be given any consideration, and one must turn away from it. A remedy for this is to sprinkle water on the private parts and underwear after performing istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving nature).
