Are the wife's refusal to bear children, her non-adherence to the Sharia-compliant hijab, her ill-mannered behavior towards the husband's father, and her insistence on attending weddings where there are forbidden acts sufficient reasons for divorcing her?

The wife must adhere to the conditions of the legal hijab, one of which is that it should not be an adornment in itself. Her not specifying this before marriage does not exempt her from adhering to it.

If the wife refuses to have children without a legitimate excuse, she has acted wrongly, as it is a right for both spouses. Disrespecting the husband's father and insisting on attending weddings where there are forbidden acts are also considered wrongdoings.

Divorcing her is not advised. Instead, she should be invited to guidance and advised kindly. If this does not work, the husband may marry another if he believes he can be just, and he should not resort to divorce unless it is clearly in his best interest.
