Is it permissible to expose one's 'awrah to one's paternal aunt in the event of pain in the testicle?

If a boy reaches the age of thirteen, even if he has not yet experienced nocturnal emission (puberty), he is considered to be in the same legal category as an adult, and it is not permissible for his paternal aunt to look at his 'awra (private parts). However, if this looking occurred due to forgetfulness or ignorance, there is no sin upon her. It is permissible to expose the 'awra to a doctor for treatment when necessary, provided that the looking is restricted only to the area of need.
