Is a man's habitual attendance at mosques sufficient to testify to his faith?

A man's attendance at prayers in the mosques is a sign of his faith in Allah, for nothing would motivate him to do so but faith. As for the Hadith, "If you see a man frequenting the mosques, bear witness to his faith," it is weak and not authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
