What is the ruling on killing by electric shock; is it premeditated murder or not?

Killing is of three types: intentional, semi-intentional, and accidental.

Accidental: This is when one does not intend to strike someone but does so, killing them. An example is someone who intended to fix electrical wires but struck a person unintentionally, leading to their death.

Intentional: This is when one intends to kill with a tool that usually causes death. An example is someone who used an electrical charge that usually kills, resulting in the death of the injured person.

Semi-intentional: This is when one intentionally commits an act without intending to take a life, using a tool that does not usually cause death. An example is someone who intended to discipline a person and used a weak electrical charge, from which that person died.
