Is it permissible for university students who arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before Maghrib to pray Asr after Maghrib?

It is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time without a valid excuse. Delaying it beyond its time without an excuse is considered a major sin. What has been mentioned is not considered an excuse. Therefore, the female students must seek a way to perform the Asr prayer within its time, even if it necessitates changing the bus schedule. If this becomes difficult for them, then they must strive to perform the prayer before boarding the bus in a clean place, even in front of people, provided they maintain their modesty. If all of that is impossible, then it is permissible for them to combine the prayers by performing Asr with Dhuhr (Jam' Taqdim) to avoid hardship and difficulty, according to the school of thought of the Hanbali jurists.
