Is it permissible to steal data from large companies, such as customers' phone numbers, to use for marketing my own company and sending them our offers?

Transferring publicly available data (such as that displayed on company websites) is not theft, and there is no harm in using it for marketing. However, transferring data that is not publicly available except by trickery is impermissible, as it involves aggression.
