A girl must avoid interacting with young men, preserve her reputation, and stay away from suspicious situations. It is advisable to frequently seek Allah's forgiveness (istighfar) and ask Him for concealment (ستر). If she anticipates her family finding out what happened, it is best to inform them of the truth of the matter, its motives, and its reasons.
