Is the difficulty in performing Umrah in Ramadan, due to sins, an indication of Allah's wrath, and how can I repent and overcome the whispers of Satan and my soul that is prone to evil?

All matters are predetermined, and the delay in performing Umrah should not be interpreted as a sign of Allah's displeasure. Rather, one must not object to destiny. Whoever firmly intends to perform Umrah, and then an illness prevents them from it, Allah will record its reward for them, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one intends to do a good deed but does not do it, then write it down as one good deed." Try to travel again, and know that Umrah is obligatory once in a lifetime, like Hajj, according to the predominant opinion. What is obligatory is sincere repentance, seeking Allah's concealment, and protecting oneself from Satan by seeking refuge [in Allah], remembering Allah, and not succumbing to whispers, for Allah the Almighty says: {O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan.} (An-Nur: 21). If repentance is sincere to Allah, He accepts it, even if the repenter relapses, provided there is a firm resolve not to return [to the sin], for Allah the Almighty says: {Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah."} (Az-Zumar: 53).
