What is the zakat on twelve camels in the Najran region, and is zakat obligatory for me, knowing that I spend on them from my own account and they are in a pen and graze two to three months a year?

Zakat is obligatory on camels if they reach five, and the amount is one sheep for every five until they reach twenty-five, at which point a Bint Makhad is due.
