Is the prayer of a disobedient father for his son answered? And is his prayer against his son for destruction or harm answered? And how can the son avoid such a prayer?

The prayer of a disobedient person, whether a parent or otherwise, may be answered, and Allah may even answer the prayer of a disbeliever, so a disobedient person is more likely to have their prayer answered. The prayer of a parent against their child, even if it entails their destruction or harm and is made unjustly, may be answered, as in the story of Jurayj the Monk. A child should strive to earn their parent's رضا (pleasure) and show them devotion to avoid their anger and prayer, knowing that this prayer may not be answered. It is more fitting for the child to occupy themselves with earning the pleasure of their Lord and their parent.
