What is the share of each heir from the estate of a man who has no male children, and left nine daughters, a wife, four full brothers, and one full sister, and what is the share of the wife in this case?

If the deceased left behind one wife, nine daughters, four full brothers, and one full sister, and no other heirs, then:

The wife receives one-eighth (1/8) as a fixed share due to the presence of a direct descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: {But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt.} The nine daughters receive two-thirds (2/3) as a fixed share, based on the Almighty's saying: {But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left.} The remainder is for the brothers and sister by residuary inheritance (ta'seeb), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: {And if there are brothers and sisters, then the male will have the share of two females.}

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are complex and delicate, and cannot be settled by a mere fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for consideration and investigation, as there might be another heir, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
