What the disbelievers do in transgressing against Islam is a reprehensible act, but it is not permissible to betray them or steal their money, because you entered their countries with a covenant and a guarantee of safety, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Render the trust to the one who entrusted you, and do not betray the one who betrayed you."

Theft is forbidden in Islam and brings disgrace, and the person from whom something was stolen may not have participated in the abuses.

Therefore, you must cease this act and repent to Allah, and return the money to its owners by any possible means. If you do not know them, then give it in charity with the intention of disposing of it.
