What is the best way to deal with a father who is ill-mannered and short-tempered, abuses his wife and children, and disrespects his wife's family, despite attempts to advise him, knowing that he prays, fasts, and sometimes has some positive qualities?

If the father desires to marry another woman, he has the right to do so, provided there is justice. The wife has the right to demand justice or divorce in case of harm.
