Will a person who donates to an organization they are not convinced by, in order to please a friend, be rewarded by Allah for it?

As long as you intended the reward before giving the charity, you will have the reward you intended; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no reward except for that which is intended, and no deed except by intention."
