Is saying, "O people, believe!" after saying, "O Allah, I have conveyed," considered mockery of the religion?

What you said was mocking your colleague's words, and it does not appear to be mockery of the Sharia, nor is there evidence that whoever did that is an infidel, nor that his heart was open to disbelief. You must repent to Allah for this mockery.
