Is it permissible to wipe only the outer part of the ears during wudu for a daughter who wears medical hearing aids that are difficult to remove, to prevent the hearing aids from being damaged?

If a woman needs a hearing aid and finds it difficult to remove, and the hearing aid would be damaged by wiping the ears, then there is no harm upon her in omitting the wiping of the inside of the ears and sufficing with wiping the outside. She is not required to perform Tayammum (definition) for this, based on the Almighty’s saying: (Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity).
