Has it been reported that Surat Ya-Sin, Ar-Rahman, and Al-Ma'arij are to be recited in the morning, and Surat As-Saffat, Al-Jinn, and Ad-Dukhan at night?

There is no authentic hadith (definition) from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that specifies reading certain surahs in the morning, evening, and night. However, what has been established in the Sunnah (definition) is as follows: reading the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah every night, reading Ayat Al-Kursi before sleeping, reading the Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Ikhlas (definition), Al-Falaq, and An-Nas) before sleeping and three times in the morning and evening, reading Surat Al-Kafirun before sleeping, reading Surat Al-Isra and Az-Zumar before sleeping, and reading Surat As-Sajdah and Al-Mulk before sleeping.
