Are a Christian man's multiple kisses of a naked woman, with genital contact without penetration, considered adultery that necessitates stoning or lashing, and is repentance obligatory?

What the woman did by going to the man, secluding herself with him, exposing her private parts to him, and him touching her body, is forbidden and considered a type of minor zina (fornication/adultery), due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The son of Adam has his share of zina decreed for him, and he will inevitably attain it. The two eyes commit zina, and their zina is looking. The tongue commits zina, and its zina is speaking. The two hands commit zina, and their zina is touching (grasping). The two feet commit zina, and their zina is walking. And the heart yearns and desires, and the private parts either confirm that or deny it." These actions do not reach the level of zina that necessitates the ḥadd punishment. The woman must repent, seek forgiveness, and increase her righteous deeds.
