Does the husband's right to deduct half of his working wife's salary from her debt to him after separation fall, given that he had stipulated that to her and both parties agreed?

If a husband permits his wife to work in exchange for a sum she commits to pay, and the wife agrees to it, then she is obliged to fulfill her commitment. If she refuses to fulfill it, she is doing wrong, based on Allah's saying: "those who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it" and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Four traits, if found in a person, make him a pure hypocrite... and if he makes a covenant, he betrays it." The husband has the right to demand what she committed to, but if he waives it, it is a sign of noble character. In case of dispute, the matter should be referred to the Sharia court.
