Is the owner of an anime website sinful for not being able to watch everything he publishes, and merely contenting himself with warning viewers to avoid bad clips, and is he sinful for watching or intentionally watching those clips?

The owner of a website is responsible for its content and shares in its sin or reward, as he is its founder and has the ability to block objectionable material. If he cannot do so, he must shut down the website to clear his conscience, lest he share in the sins of transgressors. Warning viewers is not enough to clear one's conscience, because "whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will bear its sin and the sin of whoever acts upon it after him, without any decrease in their sins." And he who points to evil is like its perpetrator.
