Is it permissible for a menstruating woman—who experiences a wet dream—to touch the Mus'haf with a barrier, or is ghusl obligatory for her even though her menstruation has not yet ended?

Scholars have agreed on prohibiting the ritualistically impure person from directly touching the Qur’an. The correct view is that it is permissible to touch it with an interposing object for one who is in a state of major or minor ritual impurity. There is no harm in a menstruating woman touching the Qur’an with an interposing object. If she wishes to recite from it, she must perform ghusl to remove the state of major ritual impurity, even if she is still menstruating.
