Is it permissible to lie to one's father about the value of the annual profits in order to repay debts and give charity, given his refusal to act on the money?

Lying is a major sin that leads to Hellfire. However, it may be permissible for valid reasons, such as tawriya (equivocation), which is to state something contrary to the truth while intending another meaning, and it offers an escape from outright lying. Lying is also permissible if a father wants to compel his son to delay paying debts or to be negligent in his duties, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator, and to ensure the fulfillment of entitlements.
