The answer

It is not possible to fully rule on the transaction mentioned in the question due to insufficient information regarding how the website operates. However, if the subscriber pays nothing upon subscription, and the website is free from impermissible advertisements and programs, then there appears to be no religious impediment. But if subscription requires the payment of money, then it is a prohibited multi-level marketing scheme based on gambling. And if the website includes impermissible advertisements or programs, then it is forbidden to direct people to it, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ﴾ (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the rewards of those who follow him, without diminishing anything from their rewards. And whoever calls to misguidance will bear a sin similar to the sins of those who follow him, without diminishing anything from their sins.”
