Is it a condition for the validity of ghusl to remove najasah from the body before commencing ghusl, or is ghusl valid with its presence and its removal during ghusl?

The second fatwa, numbered 47380, is sufficient in clarifying that the presence of some impurity on the body does not affect the validity of ghusl (ritual bath), as long as it does not prevent water from reaching the skin. It is not a condition for the validity of ghusl to remove the impurity from the very beginning. The important thing is that water covers the entire body. If the impurity is removed during ghusl, it is valid. And if it remains, but water has covered the entire body, the ghusl is valid, and thereafter, it becomes necessary to remove the impurity.
