What is the state of a female martyr in Paradise, and will she have one husband or more, along with clarification of the reasons and a response to what is raised regarding that?
The male and female martyrs have a great reward with Allah. There is no difference between their rewards except for what is specifically indicated by evidence. It has been reported that Allah forgives the martyr every sin except debt, and he has six characteristics: he is forgiven with the first gush of his blood, he sees his seat in Paradise, he is spared the torment of the grave, he is safe from the great terror, he is adorned with the garment of faith, he is married to Al-Hur al-’In (fair females with wide, lovely eyes), and he intercedes for seventy of his relatives. The aforementioned characteristics are also attained by the female martyr, with a specific distinction for women in the Hereafter related to their husbands. The delights of Paradise encompass all its inhabitants, men and women, according to what they desire, and the affairs of the Hereafter cannot be measured by worldly standards. It is advisable not to be preoccupied with the suspicions spread by enemies of Islam that target women, for Islam has honored women and given them their rights, and the relationship between men and women in it is complementary.
