Is it permissible to perform prostration by gesturing for someone who suffers from sinusitis in their forehead, which causes them difficulty breathing during prostration?

If a worshiper experiences a hardship that removes their khushu' (devotional focus) due to prostrating on the ground, they are excused, and nodding with the head suffices for them. It is obligatory to maintain prayer and to make up for missed prayers. If the number of missed prayers is known, they should be made up. If unknown, one should continue making them up until it is highly probable that their obligation has been fulfilled.
